Customer Success Executive
Optiseller is now one of the country’s leading data analytics businesses supporting online retailers across the world to sell more effectively in the eCommerce market places as well as helping them with the onboarding process onto eBay and other marketplace platforms. We currently have 50,000 users of our product across 130 countries.
Based in Stirling, although there is the opportunity for some home working, you will join a highly experienced, motivated team to take the company to the next level of strategic growth and beyond within the eCommerce space.
We have been around for 15 years as Developing IT, rebranding last year as Optiseller.
We are currently looking for somebody who is experienced in Customer Support to join our Customer Success Team where you will assist our customers with any issues and or queries they may have as well as educating on how the product works ensuring that our customers are reaching business goals and finding success with the product to safeguard customer retention
The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Hold product demonstrations for customers
- Analyse customer data to help improve customer experience
- Deliver outward facing education media ( videos, blogs, webinars)
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
- Communicate customer feedback
The Person
Required:
- Exceptional communication, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to analyse and effectively handle a number of diverse and complex problems at the same time
- Experience of using conversational relationship platform e.g. Intercom or similar
- Experience of delivering educational webinars
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline driven environment
Preferred:
- Experience within a SaaS business
- Experience of e-commerce
