New Business Executive (DE)
3 month contract ( September – December)
Full time hours – Monday to Friday
We are seeking a German native or German language expert who is high energy, confident and engaging, to join our Lead Generation Team in the position of New Business Coordinator.
As New Business Coordinator you will work within Professional Services and be integral to the ongoing success of the company, engaging with potential retailers in Germany to gauge suitability for marketplace and scaling opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Qualification of the potential sellers, answering headline questions and sharing information about the marketplace / potential opportunity and discussing suitable offers to attract the seller
- Handing over the lead to the relevant team to take to the next stage of acquisition
- Providing feedback on uninterested sellers, continuously looking to improve the success of the service
- Record information and share will relative stakeholders
The person:
- Native German or German language expert
- Experience in B2B lead generation as well as Customer Service
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- MOS proficient and ability to use internal CRM systems
- Positive and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to tackle uncertainties and challenges
You will be joining a highly successful e-commerce data analytics business that supports online retailers across the world to sell more effectively in e-commerce marketplaces using our Optiseller software tools.
The company commenced in 2005 as Developing IT and rebranded in 2019 as Optiseller and now has around 50,000 users of our Optiseller software tools across 140 countries.
We have our HQ in Stirling although we do work a flexible hybrid approach which means that you do not have to be in the office unless for pertinent team meetings however in saying this we are very friendly and sociable so would love to see you in the office whenever you can make it.
