The Task
idoodirect wanted to get Black Friday ready, and participated in Optiseller's three-month eBay scaling programme.

The goal was to ensure that their listings were optimised for success, and to maximise visibility and conversion.

 

The solution
idoodirect worked with Optiseller’s Scaling Team on a consultative basis to advise on categorisation mapping, item specifics, title structures, eBay search and much more.

The aim was to significantly enhance their search visibility, in time for Black Friday so that idoodirect was prepared to maximise the sales opportunity during a peak trade period.

The Results
After the 3 month programme, idoodirect saw:

 

  • 21% increase in listings with complete item specifics, driving listing visibility.

  • 15% increase in listings with improved multiple images.

  • 2.5% increase in title listing quality against eBay standards.
