The Task
Reskinned participated in Optiseller's three-month eBay scaling programme, focusing on establishing their business on the marketplace.

The goal of the programme was to ensure that their listings were optimised for success and maximised visibility and conversion opportunities. Reskinned had a series of calls with Optiseller's Growth team that focused on eBay best practice.


The solution
Reskinned worked with Optiseller’s Scaling Team on a consultative basis to advise on categorisation mapping, item specifics, title structures, eBay search and much more.

Optiseller took Reskinned back to basics and focused on delivering consultative advice. The programme mainly focused on categorisation mapping, item specifics, title structures, promotional activity and eBay search. The primary aim was to significantly enhance their search visibility on the marketplace as well as off-site.

The Results
Reskinned saw some incredible results from the programme:


  • 260% increase in GMV following implementation of recommended changes

  • 100% increase in free shipping on listings

  • 86% increase in number of listings for peak trade

  • 550% increase in listing title length quality
